We are very pleased to have used Adrienne and Simon’s services as we would not have found our dream home without them. They put an enormous amount of effort in seeking out and investigating potential properties (making background investigations online etc), visiting appropriate ones and accompanying us on visits. We never felt under any pressure and we gave our feedback on the properties they showed us. We did not have a specific location in mind, but they suggested that we focus on a different area to the one where we were first looking to get the best choice and value for money. We quickly found an ideal property. Adrienne negotiated with the vendors’ estate agent on our behalf, and kept up the momentum while problems were resolved elsewhere in the chain.
They negotiated a discount on the asking price (which covered their fees several times over), and they have continued to be helpful with the move including making arrangements with utility companies and even finding a parking space on private land near the train station.

We found Weald Property Search literally by emailing ten property finders that we had found on the web. After months of a fruitless search for our ‘forever home’, and with a pressing need to move (we were living in a one bedroom flat in South West London, with a three year old and I was pregnant), we asked Adrienne to help.
Adrienne listened to our ‘wants’ and ‘must haves’ for our home and recommended a different area to the one we had been searching in. We needed to be near an excellent school, a mainline train station, not too far from civilisation, whist having some open space around us. Our search was further complicated by the fact the we needed a house with an annexe (or the possibility to build one) for my mum.
After months of looking round pokey houses with tiny gardens in our previous search area, Adrienne had lined up six properties that we loved. Unfortunately our preferred property was snapped up before we could make an offer. But this sale fell through and thanks to Adrienne’s excellent contacts, the estate agents called Adrienne to ask if we were still interested. Our offer was accepted within two days of their sale falling through and we moved in around two months later (in August 2012).
Knowing that we were moving from London with a three year old in tow, Adrienne and Simon very kindly collected the keys from the estate agents and let the removal firm in, which made the moving in day so much easier.
