Weald Property Search is an independent business, not affiliated to any estate agent, property developer or vendor and therefore offers totally unbiased advice to clients who engage our Home Finding service. Our clients
Our service is bespoke and suits clients who have limited free time, or require for a variety of reasons absolute discretion. They may be based abroad, in the public eye, or just busy people who find dealing with a range of different agencies totally impractical.
Vendors of country estates or equestrian properties contact us to match our clients with their need to sell. As their situation can have a negative impact on their business, complete discretion is guaranteed on both sides.
Finding property
Sourcing and acquiring the finest properties demands very specific knowledge and expertise. Our detailed knowledge ensures that not only are we easily able to provide you with potential properties, but if required, we can recommend specialists such as surveyors or solicitors who will suit you best.
Property purchased as a business investment needs to produce good yields and be a valid long term investment. We will source investment properties on behalf of UK based clients, as well as overseas investors who are either too busy to or too distant to coordinate matters. Some clients of course never visit the property, but need an expert team like WPS to work on their behalf.
