will produce a report of our findings, which also encompasses details of
local schools, hospitals, doctors, but also railway stations, shopping facilities,
and leisure activities so you have a guide to the area you are moving to.
The report and a shortlist of appropriate properties will be sent to you by email or by post, and once you have viewed our selection, we can then accompany you to visit the properties.
A total service is available, saving you time and stress, allowing you to move home with minimal effort. This can comprise of negotiating the asking price, arrangement of surveyors, architects, builders to visit the property, and liaison with the utility companies to transfer utilities into your name. We also collect the keys for clients when they have become available.
